Darts Night April 2019
The club held a Darts Night on Friday. There were, young, old, men, women and crickets and tennis players all mixing merrily together.
The match was played in the format of of a cricket match with one team scoring runs and the other trying to take 10 wickets.
Cornwall played Derbyshire, and Derbyshire led by 940 run to 565 after the first innings. However Cornwall pegged them back to only 380 in second innings and the needed 756 to win. With 1 wicket left they were only 52 runs behind but lost narrowly to a final wicket taken by Richard Colby. Derbyshire, captained by Nick Finley were declared winners.
We are going to leave the darts board up for people to play and will start a darts league after the summer.
