ONLINE BOOKING OF ADULT GROUP COACHING COURSES AND DROP-IN SESSIONS

 

All adult group coaching and drop-in sessions must now be booked online.

Please do not book directly with the coach. Spaces are limited and priority is given to those booking through our online booking process.

 

Details about your online membership username and password were emailed to Club Members on 11th October. If you did not receive this email please contact membership@highgate.-tennis.co.uk

 

If you are unable to access the Internet to make bookings online please email the Tennis Administrator on coaching@highgate-tennis.co.uk or call 07530 425871 for a manual booking.

 

HOW DO I BOOK?

Please use the link ‘Book an Adult Activity’ from the Online Bookings Tab at the top of the website or the Quicklinks menu found on various web pages.

You can also select the activity from the online court schedule.

 

HOW DO I KNOW IF THE COURSE IS SUITABLE FOR ME?

Courses are structured around playing levels.

When booking online if you select  “View more” you will see a more detailed description about the course.

WHEN CAN I BOOK?

Drop in Sessions: Members can book up to ONE WEEK in advance. For non-members booking restrictions may apply to some sessions. (E.g. bookings can only be made 24hrs or less before the start of the session).

Adult courses can be booked as soon as they are made available via our website – this may be a couple of weeks before the start of the course.

 

DO I PAY ONLINE?

If you are booking an adult course you will be asked to make payment when you make a booking.

For drop-in sessions, fees are to be paid directly to the coach.

 

HOW CAN I CHECK MY BOOKINGS

Use My Account (from top of the club website) to see your bookings. You will also receive a booking confirmation email.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF I MY PLANS CHANGE AND I CAN’T ATTEND

If, after booking you are then unable to attend, please cancel your booking so others may use your place. You can do this by viewing your bookings, select the session you wish to cancel and delete it. Note: for most sessions fees are non-refundable for cancellations less than 24hrs before the start of the course.

 

CAN I BOOK A SESSION AS A NON-MEMBER?

Non-members may visit the club 3 times before joining but there may be restrictions on when a non-member booking can be made. (Note – This restriction does not apply to those attending beginners’ sessions).  There is a different price for non-members.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE COURSE IS FULL?

If the course/sessions are full, your interest in the course/session will be registered and you will be notified if a place becomes available
