This is a yoga taster session designed for tennis players and those interested in longevity on and off the court. It is suitable for complete beginners and the yoga curious. All ages and abilities welcome. 

If you have never tried yoga before, or are returning to the mat after a break, come and join us for an introductory session in the gym. Classes are usually £12 but this introductory offer is half price.

If there is sufficient demand we will look to make this a regular feature offering one or two sessions a month, mostly likely on a Sunday lunchtime before social tennis.  Jane is fully qualified and insured to teach beginners and level one yoga.
